FCN announces it is now a Department of Homeland Security FirstSource prime contractor. FCN completed the acquisition of the Federal assets of NetDirect Systems, LLC in April of 2011 and completed the novation process of the NetDirect FirstSource contract and existing delivery orders on July 15, 2011. The NetDirect FirstSource team including Gil A. Van Schoor, FirstSource Program Manager, Pete Woods, DHS Account Executive, Frank Lyles, Director of Enterprise Solutions, and Geoffrey Bakeman, Business Development Executive were part of the acquisition.
