Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD), Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) requires an advanced, integrated, multi-domain defense capability to detect, track, intercept, and defeat ballistic, hypersonic, cruise missile, and other advanced aerial threats across all phases of flight. This capability is critical to protecting the United States homeland, deployed forces, allies, and partners. The requirement will be executed through a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAC IDIQ) contract.

The MDA MAC IDIQ supports national defense objectives by enabling continuous, layered protection across air, missile, space, cyber, and hybrid threat domains, originating from any vector, land, sea, air, space, or cyberspace. The contract encompasses both classified and unclassified efforts and supports a broad range of commercial and non-commercial services and commodities. Use of the IDIQ is authorized for Department of Defense organizations with requirements for the same or similar capabilities.

This effort demands the deployment of proven, operationally ready solutions while simultaneously accelerating the development and integration of next-generation technologies, including space-based interceptors, advanced sensor architectures, and hypersonic defense capabilities. Together, these capabilities ensure the Golden Dome initiative maintains technological and operational advantage over rapidly evolving adversary threats.

FCN is uniquely positioned to enable this mission. As a trusted integrator and mission partner, FCN brings together proven defense capabilities, cutting- edge commercial technologies, and emerging innovations to form a unified, operational defense architecture. Our strength lies in connecting the right partners, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring complex systems work together, securely, reliably, and at mission speed.

Through an open, modular integration approach, FCN enables the seamless incorporation of best-in-class capabilities from across the defense, commercial, and emerging technology ecosystems. This architecture allows new capabilities to be integrated as they mature, expanding coverage, accelerating timelines, increasing resilience, and strengthening deterrence, without disrupting ongoing operations or mission readiness.
