SEWP V Navy/USMC Dell VMWare BPA

The DON ESL Team has established a 5-year, single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Dell on behalf of the DON. Dell is an authorized VMware reseller holding a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract.

The BPA allows for two types of ordering, On-Cycle and Off-Cycle.

On-Cycle ordering occurs on three (3) specific days each year throughout the 5-year agreement (i.e., dates on which the orders must be effective). These orders may include all VMware products. Both the funding and ordering of these requirements is the responsibility of the individual Command/Program. Annual co-termination of SnS will take place every 1 June. Two additional ordering days are available: 1 March and 1 September.

The BPA allows for Off-Cycle decentralized ordering of all VMware products on an as-needed basis. Both the funding and ordering of these requirements is the responsibility of the individual Command/ Program. The Off-Cycle ordering period is valid anytime during the 5-year BPA.
